The Restaurant sits at the heart of 2KW, both figuratively and literally. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, burdens are lifted and focus shifts to what’s really important- great food and serious booze.

Daniel Lawrence – Executive Chef

Daniel has been 2KW Bar and Restaurant’s Head Chef since its inception. He is the creative mind behind the food offerings and heads up the food operation at 2KW.

Daniel is Adelaide born and bred, and after completing his apprenticeship at The Radisson (now the Sebel Playford) went on to work at some of Adelaide’s leading restaurants including Jolley’s Boat House and Enotec. Daniel worked for the Matthews group before joining The Palmer Group and his commitment to both the Stirling and the Belair Hotels won those venues numerous AHA awards. Daniel has travelled extensively and worked in Canada for Cirque Du Soleil and in French Polynesia.
