Not wanting all our whisky nights to be too serious, Peat and Pizza is 2KWs stripped back session with-in our 2017 whisky series.
Designed to be more about the celebration of the wee dram, this night we sit back as Diageo whisky guru Craig Patterson takes us on an insightful adventure through the Distiller Editions.
On the pour will be GLENKINCHIE, CAOL ILA, OBAN, TALISKER and the CRAGGANMORE flavor led expression.
Once our verbal adventure has concluded we will retire to the Terrace where our chefs will showcase our wood fired pizzas, toasts and charcuterie

The last of our whisky series see’s one of Scotlands most famous distilleries featured. Lagavulin, widely rated as one of the leading Islay distilleries, and for good reason, as they have a strong history of turning out flavorful, well rounded malts.
The amazing array of whisky for this dinner is

Roasted lamb shoulder, sherry caramel jus, prunes and roasted jursulem artichokes
